This blend combines French inspired lavender with many flavorful herbs. Similar to Herbes de Provence, but with a Northwest Twist. It can be used on a full range of Mediterranean inspired dishes, especially those where olive oil and garlic play a prominent role (rustic breads, seafood, soups, poultry and hearty meat stews). Try adding it to homemade croutons or infused in extra virgin olive oil for salad dressing.
