This is our version of Garam Masala. It’s a blend of hot spices that can be used to enhance various dishes, including curry. It is most commonly used as part of a layering of flavors, and pairs best with heavy, hearty dishes. Our version is different than the classic North Indian type with cardamom. Try adding a teaspoon of Malala Mountain toward end of cooking to bring all flavors together. Also, we love mixing a little in mayonnaise to make a sandwich spread. Or sprinkle a lightly on freshly made popcorn!
