A limited collaboration with local blueberry farmers Sidhu Farms from Pike Place Market.

PNW raw honey infused with cayenne chilies, white wine vinegar and smoked paprika, organic blueberry powder. Use Hot Honey Sauce on anything!

Try on your pizza, chicken, ham, ribs, seafoods, salads, roasted veggies, yogurts, fruits, oatmeal, waffles, toast, ice cream, tea.... basically everything!

From Seed to Sale


We start by propagating our pepper seeds in February, grow them indoors until May/June, and then transplant them outside into our high tunnels. From there, we grow and nurture our plants until the fruits ripen from late August to October. After harvest, we ferment our chilies to use in our pepper sauces or dehydrate and dry them to add into our seasonings, rubs, and salts.
